She wanted 4 days a week only and she demanded $15 an hour
She got it
She has previous experience in the business and was surprised that I don’t offer that many services
She is a tad fussy and sensitive and does not work well in groups
She will be working alone and $15 an hour is very damn good

I used to pay only $8-10

Only $15 will keep an employee
I hope she stays for 2 years

My business only offers 4 profitable services

I may consider a 5th one as the new employee was surprised I did not offer it

Waiting for the OP to start a thread about the shit he took last night.

We don’t need constant updates on your life man.

Give it a rest.

The only people willing to work for less than $15/hr are not worth having, unless it is just to sit at a cash register.
A person with ideas that can expand income, likely is going to more than make up for being paid more.

Oh. You can live on $15/hr?

Mr Clean
I don’t upset them ..they either fail to do the job or miss to much work
Or they leave for more $$$

Well $15 is good ..very good

Depends on where.
With a 40 hr week, that is $600/wk, with about $480 take home.
Almost $2000/month, or $24k/yr.
But rent is about $1000, food is about $200/wk or $800/month, utilities about $200/month, so thats it.
No money left for internet, clothing, computers, car, transportation, or anything else.
That is not livable unless one is living with their parents or is a 2nd income.
