I am 52 yo, male, 160kg, Autistic with Depression. I have no career. Thank G-d and my parents I have everything I need. I do a lot of household work.

I have no ambition for the future. Most people reach that stage 20 years later then me.

I live by my past -- all positive memories without any anxiety and uncertainty I had at the time.

So at 350+ pounds, I'm guessing you weigh at lease twice what a healthy weight would be for your height.

Perhaps if you took better care of your physical health, your mental and emotional outlook would also improve.

Even in my retirement i am always looking for ways to increase my fortune. Why? Because i play the game of life. There are obstacles this shitty government keeps putting in my way, and i learn all the progressive tricks to avoid those obstacles, just like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Joe Biteme.
Best luck!

I am an Aspie with Depression.

Most of my 160 kg are of avian origin. Life is stressful, so I eat a lot of very deep fried chicken and turkey to quench my stress.

At 52 its too late.

My life is satisfactory.
No your life isnt satisfactory, if you are saying "I have no ambition for the future. "

If you started investing 100 dollars a month into a dividend paying stock(without the Democrats going full on Socialist) of 6% to 8% per year, over 20 years you could have over 1 million dollars. That would make you 72. At an average of 7% dividend payout after twenty years would be on the 1 million dollars, $70,000 a year, and taxed at a much lower rate then normal income. But alas, you have no ambition for the future, oh, by the way, how are your gasoline and food prices of late?

This admission belies your claim that you are satisfied and without ambition.

If you feel so much stress as to stuff yourself with fried foods, something is bothering you.

By Satisfactory I mean an equivalent of grade C. A is Excellent. B is Good.

If gasoline hits 5 dollars a gallon and food doubles in cost, will your grade of C, go down to a D or even an F? If you dont have other incomes to offset inflation, soon, you will be even worse than you are now...
What would you advice me to do?

I like that movie starring Ben Afflick called "The Accountant". Apparently the character is a high level autistic personality. Maybe if you got off the meds for a while and got a job you might feel better.
