What if I told you that Sherlock is right about one thing: we are a "consumption" country. However, our production and exports are at historical highs, and unemployment is at historical lows. With that being said, there are 7 million jobs that can't be filled, most of them being blue collar jobs, as it stands they aren't very desirable in the first place. So one wonders, if tariffs are supposed to bring jobs back to America, will it fill the blue collar jobs?

Trump is far from being a dictator. Dictators consolidate power, they don't actively work to get rid of it by firing people in the government they wish to rule the people by.

Firing people is getting rid of people. It is of course debatable if Trump "really is" a dictator but I'll leave you to play that game, so far as I'm concerned he is a dictator because there is nothing resisting him. Republicans in congress are physically fearing for their safety so they will not oppose him.

Every dictator is different in various way, the point here is the big picture, the way he is disregarding Judges, the way he is firing people not based on job performance or merit, they way he is more and more attacking minorities, blacks and disabled. The way he is alienating long standing alliances, they way he is willing to commit ethnic cleansing, the way he is being hypocritical about Ukraine and Israel, one must not be armed by the US tax payer but the other must and so on.

The only legal way to stop Trump seems to be impeachment yet because of fears for their and their families safety, few if any republicans would go that far, so he remains, unstoppable, out of control more and more, delusional and drunk on power.
