There's no "after that" The world was experiencing inflation all at the same time due to the covid and supply chain disruptions, then the war in Ukraine happened, etc.

We were discussing inflation under two presidents, Trump and Biden and Trump was far, far better. Now, even though Trump imposed tariffs in his first term with no inflation, you guys are trying to claim there will be this time before it has even happened yet.

By raising the prices of imported goods, tariffs enable American companies to raise the prices of their goods.
