Well, maybe I can... Just a little..
It is pretty sad that this is what political discourse has devolved to.
And it's going to get much worse before all is said and done. The people of this country are a ticking time bomb, just waiting for an excuse to explode. People are angry, frustrated, and almost at the end of their patience. This country has gone from bad to worse in a relatively short period of time, on may fronts. People are tired of the struggles, the lies, the excuses, senseless deadly costly wars, growing racism, government corruption, neglect of important issues, and seeing the country becoming more divided with each passing day.Embedded media from this media site is no longer available

We have militarized law enforcement patrolling our streets, we've lost the right to privacy, we're seeing illegal immigration becoming a threat to our customs and traditions, religious freedom is being challenged, and poverty has taken a firm grip where prosperity once thrived. We're not happy campers, and what you're seeing in the headlines, and on national television, echoes what this country has become. Things are going to get much worse, and it's not going to be pretty.

I (nearly) completely agree, in it's entirety, with your post. The only thing that I "slightly" disagree with is your assertion of "growing racism". I'm a black man and frankly, I don't see it. What I mean is - I was born at a time in this country when racism was rampant and I see nothing like that now. Unfortunately, we have a generation of communists, socialists, terrorists, anarchists, and (in general) "America haters" who have been raised and educated to believe that America is a "evil" place for things that happened 100s of years earlier (as if these same things haven't been perpetuated world wide since the dawn of time).
We now have a media in this country that perpetuates Black Lies Matter, supports them and would have you believe that presidential candidates are overtly racist, homophobes, xenophobic and just plain mean. In other words, the main stream media is as guilty as they are.
Political discourse has in fact, "devolved" to the point of name calling and, in some small cases, resulted in mild violence. However, make no mistake about it - this is only the "beginning" of a summer that promises nothing BUT the above mentioned "discourse".
You see, in my opinion, there has always been the malcontents, the college professors who believe in tyranny - as long as they control the tyrannical. Now, however, Mister and Mrs America have reached the end of their collective ropes. to coin a phrase from the movie "Network" - "They are mad as hell and they aren't going to take it any longer". Or - to put it another way - The "Mothers and the Fathers" in this country have had enough. Were I a college professor - I would be terrified. Were I a 20 year old, wet behind the ears punk - I would be terrified. Were I a politician - ANY politician - I would be terrified. Were I some self-styled anarchist - I would be terrified.
Indeed. It's going to be a "long, hot summer".
This couldn't possibly be the same guy today whining about a lil ol reporters supposedly touching him, now can it?typical lib
What is astounding, is the anger stems from conservative white saps, who voted in a majority congress, a majority senate and they got nothing for their votes...which is always the fuckin case with these people. They're also pissed because like the rest of us out here struggling to make ends meet, they're now having to feel the financial and economic sting. But instead of for once in their sad little lives....and I'm talking about white conservatives, for once, maybe these mindless little shits should find a fuckin mirror and know that the GOP uses them every fuckin election cycle and then toss their dumb ass's aside until the next scare the fuck outta whitey election. Trump just happen to see an opportunity to sieze on this anger and ignorance and run with it....but like all GOP white fucks, they ain't gonna jack shit from this guy or any GOP candidate...but bullshit gov. cuts, that all these poor white bastards need and mo wars.If people were really angry at the career politicians, they wouldn’t be winning their primary elections, you’d have 30-50 get primaried out of the gate by their own party. These supposed (you can’t trust a word he says of course) multi million dollar donors Trump has turned down would be funding them to no end.
There isn’t any more anger out there than there is on any given off year. The difference is, perhaps, who is angry (or more correctly who has been whooped up into being angry), and the supposed reasons for the anger.
