Key to the city’s plans is Lore’s economic vision, called "Equitism," in which the land upon which the city is built will be donated to a community endowment.
"And if the foundation’s mission was to take the appreciation of the land and give it back to the citizens in the form of medicine, education, affordable housing, social services: Wow, that’s it!"
The city is meant to take on what Lore views as the United States’ biggest challenge — the rapidly growing wealth gap, which he said "is going to bring down America."

So my question is, "Wasnt the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ)" the first woke city/country in the world? That it was going to be a summer of love with the kumbaya's and free stuff to go around? How long did that CHAZ last? So now a "Woke City" wants to be constructed by this capitalist Billionaire, and going to allow everyone into it. Will there be "Woke Police" ? Will there be "Woke Criminals"? With the Capitalist Billionaire, make himself the emperor of the "Woke City"? I can see that the first Woke City is going to end up like CHAZ.....
