I am in my 40s and getting old and I have nothing left to give.

The situation now with my bad back problems along with the facts that LV is far worse now than ever is easy to reach the conclusion

Well you gave it a go, it doesn't work out for everyone.

I don't know where you will land next but I highly recommend it isn't Canada. You will close shop within weeks here, the economy here is tanking faster than a sports team trying to get first pick in the draft.

If I didn't know any better I'd swear you were Canadian. Our shoulders sag here, people have their heads down, depressed and unable to find happiness in the police state socialism we exist in.

Everybody possesses worth even if they don't always acknowledge this. Please do NOT become like a Canadian, it's a milestone of spiritual emptiness.

You are an American, you can pursue your dreams, they are protected by your Constitution. You have value and talent, just consider what you enjoy doing most and turn that leisurely hobby into a career. If you lived in a creepy, centralized system I could understand your plight.

You have it made though, being free to pursue your dreams and happiness makes you wealthy. Just go for it with some planning and discipline and keep your head up.
