Hussein(grandson of Muhammad) head stone carving by priest. Did this really happen?

Well to sum it up, imam hussain is an Islamic figure who was the Grandson of Muhammamad....but when he was killed a according to this story a priest saw light shining on the head and that it was bleeding still...so he bought the head or something like that and started to carve a stone and replicate the head....anyways it's a long story but has anyone ever heard of this? He later says the head spoke to the priest while he was carving the stone....anyways...is this real?

So that's what Muhammads grandson looked like? That means muhammad was simiiar looking to that....
