The actual story: "Concerns are growing that 1,850 boxes of sensitive documents that then-Vice President Joe Biden once donated to the University of Delaware may contain classified documents". It's right there. In the story.

Who had access, and how did Hunter that claimed he had no experience in Petroleum or the Ukraine suddenly become erudite in his communications and knowledge on the Ukraine sounding exactly like a DNI intelligence report in his E-mail ?
To this day, it’s unknown whether the boxes contain classified documents.
To Maoist/DSA Democrats, it doesn’t matter a bit what’s in the boxes because Biden’s a Democrat and can do no wrong. Even when he does. They’ll insist there’s nothing there to investigate until he’s busted and then they’ll excuse him, cover for him, and lie for him for as long as it takes for the problem to go away.
