There is no evidence Assad used chemical weapons, where did the so called UN get it's information? i will tell you from AlNusra/Al Qaeda thats who, there were no investgators on the ground to gather any evidence because that ground was under the control of your moderate rebels, Assad had his chemical weapons destroyed in 2013 some of them on board US ships.
