Yes that is exactly what happened. Why is any of this news to you? Aren't you politically astute and up to date on what is going on in America? Why do you continue to believe the lie that "Democrats believe in open borders". Republicans tell you that because they WANT cheap labor for their donors.

Net Illegal immigration from Mexico in the first 4 years of the Obama Administration was -300,000 people, as illegals from Mexico self-deported when they could no longer find jobs.
