This is big but I don't think it proves anything about the 2020 election. And, according to what I understand, she didn't really know who was actually signing off on the autopen orders, just that it was Biden's team. I don't think anything is happening to her but this is a very huge black eye for the Biden/Democrat team and could very well lead to the cancellation of some of these executive orders, if Trump hasn't cancelled them already. If I remember correctly, FDR's wife was president for some amount of time and nothing happened in that case.

It's been generally understood that Presidents have used such devices in the past. It started with a device that could replicate the signature as it was being written. Now, any document can be signed without POTUS being present. The aim was to alleviate the President from having to sign over and over document after document. It was NEVER meant to be a 'go to' substitute for a real, live POTUS which it seems is what we had for the past 4 years. The woman in the article only carried out orders but it is revealing at just how many documents she 'signed' with that Auto Pen.

If autopen documents are valid legal documents, I have two of the coolest signatures in US history -- Presidents Trump and Kennedy. I asked someone who knows way more about documents than any leftist on a message board, and he told me my Kennedy signature is worthless.

All those "pardons" made ostensibly by resident Biden are as worthless as my Trump and Kennedy documents.

But I do have a genuine signature from Kristi Noem.
