HR 2159 is another bill from the anti-gun extremists. It says;

"The Attorney General may deny the transfer of a firearm pursuant to section 922(t)(1)(B)(ii) if the Attorney General determines that the transferee is known (or appropriately suspected) to be or have been engaged in conduct constituting, in preparation for, in aid of, or related to terrorism, or providing material support thereof, and the Attorney General has a reasonable belief that the prospective transferee may use a firearm in connection with terrorism."

In other words if the Attorney General suspects that you are a terrorist then he can deny you the right to buy a gun. There is no trial and no due process of law. So not only does this bill violate the second amendment, it also violates the fifth and sixth amendments.

Hillary Clinton commits to UN Small Arms Treaty

It appears that this current administration is burning the candle at both ends, whats next???
How far are they trying to push, WE THE PEOPLE????

If the IRS is arming 16000 new employees on top of already being heavyly armed, plus the aforementioned HR2159 and the Hillary Clinton UN Small Arms Treaty.. Then trouble in paradise is a terrible understatement!!!

You support giving weapons to terrorists? Just asking because I was once told that, if you didn't support the Patriot Act, you were supporting the terrorists. So why do want them to come here buy weapons and kill us with them? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!

More grist for the mill.
The women are pushing for tougher rules for the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

under these new rules if you tell your wife to clean up the house this can be constued as coercion.

that's intimidation and it's will be called domestic violence. Instantly your gun rights disappear

If appropriately suspected means "We have an indictment" then meh, it's not an issue. On the other hand if it is used to give the AG license to deny gun ownership on a trumped up whim, then it is unconstitutional and should be challenged as such.

It takes a moron to know a moron?? NICE!

so it seems the problem here isn't guns, or gun ownership.

it's the AG's ability to label someone a terrorist without due process
