I have lived in my current home since 1996. Couldn't imagine living anywhere else now as I upgraded the property with a second large garage for my toys out here in the exurbs. I can even access state snowmobile trails right from home.
It's my house and my home since the kids grew up here and the little pine trees they planted are now 30ft tall.
Pets from the past are buried out back.

I would only ever consider moving if I could afford a lakeside lot.
