It would have been better for clarity if you had said, "I'm new here..." I was looking forward to some new take that has never been a topic here, or likely anywhere else, either. Whatever is never discussed today is probably where the truth is hidden from us.

I'm new here as of today but have been discussing politics online since 2008. Yeah, I'm an oldie but goodie, and the latter is not up for debate.

Kind of a corny Nic and avatar, but after recently doing 23 and me, I found I have lots of Viking blood, and am over eighty percent Irish. I guess that means I'm tenacious as well as proud of me heritage.

I started debating politics when George W Bush was president. My first thread was about the great commanders of all time. I learned much from the folks on that thread.

I’m also a newbie to this forum. I’ve posted on several forums. I’m liking this forum very much.
Hoping to get to know you and many other posters. Especially since I’m Irish on my Mom’s side.
I noticed quite a few Irish posting here and that for me is a good thing. My Grandpa was a full blooded and the Best Grandpa ever!
