This video breaks it down so well, or more accurately, Peter Zeihan breaks it down superbly. This is an apolitical take on the region, devoid of any accusations of guilt or political bias, although calling Gaza an "open air prison camp" is only speaking honestly, because that is exactly what it is, hemmed in on all sides by Israel and reliant on outside sources for 90% of its food and 100% of its gas and electricity.

For those who won't watch the video, I'll give you a quick primer: There are 4 groups in play here:

Arabs: These are the Sunni Muslims, which are Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, and assorted other countries.
Turks: These are the more secular Muslims that are not hardline extremists like many Sunni Muslims
Shiites: These are the Persians, or Iranians, mortal enemies of the Sunni Muslims.
Jews: This is Israel.

The breakdown is this: The United States is working to isolate Iran by brokering a peace deal between the Sunni Muslims and Israel, and if you might remember, this new generation of rulers in Saudi Arabia are amenable to this idea, and there was going to be a "normalization" of relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel right before Hamas slaughtered Israeli civilians. This has now been put on hold.

Iran is the ally of Palestinians, as it is of Hamas and Hezbollah.

And Egypt.
No one ever mentions Egypt. Why is that?
Programming?

Maybe because the jewish supremacist state also controls the Rafah crossing.

The United States and Egypt have been pushing for a deal with Israel to get aid delivered to Gaza, and the White House said on Wednesday it had been agreed for up to 20 trucks to pass through the Rafah crossing from Egypt in the coming days, with hopes for more trucks later.

Aid to move over Egyptian border unlikely to raise spirits in struggling Gaza

The tunnels in the Sinai penninsula I've always heard are being destroyed by Egypt but all the arms coming into Gaza are coming from there, so either they are not really trying that hard, or they just can't do it, and it is probably some of both.

From your link
After intensive diplomacy, Egypt agreed to reopen its border crossing with Gaza to allow aid to reach Palestinians, the U.S. said
Egypt doesnt let those people through their border either.
So, why doesnt Egypt get brought up?
