How to start your own home business?

Something easy, like research work.

Don't know what to think about in regards to starting it, or how to get registered for it.

Any ideas?

Get a lawyer, and start thinking about writing a book. Nobody is going to hire you to do research if you do not have experience in a field and researching it. And then, you have to publicize what you researched, analyzed, and composed into a new argument for people to review.

Forget the lawyers and business cards for now. Start by doing what you want the business to be. If you want to be paid for doing research, pick a subject and research it. Produce a report as if someone paid you and is expecting a report. At least you will have something to show potential clients. Nobody will hire you to do research unless you can prove to them that you have at least done it once before.

Find something which relatively few people do. That's what I did 15 years ago, and one of my businesses is quite successful and almost without competition. I didn't work from home, but you could. Just find something that fits the bill and do it on a smaller scale...

podcasts are making people tons of money...find something that is unique your own enjoyment....atozy does reaction video...mr ballen the stange and mysterious...

o gawed look at hard rock nick on you tube....lol....just dont be a family channel...that carters to pedos

i am always amazed..is there something you can teach...a repair video etc...

think about it...start small and buy things as you really need them..dont do ego shit...

I'm talking about general research. Easy stuff people are too lazy to do themselves.
Possibly going into a niche market of researching companies people are applying to or getting texts and emails from regarding jobs. There's LOTS of fake and phony job scammers out there. I've had 2 of them in the past two weeks contact me, plus 5 scammers attempting to get my info for "you've won............" shit.

I can do midlevel corporate type research as well, but it's got to be something thats not considered illegal or a threat to the company, having someone outside the company do it.

Stuff like that.

I tried a podcast before.
Created several podcasts for "one season".

I got a total of 5 listeners. LOL

Gave up on that.

Would love to do a Youtube thing, but I don't have any skills with filming or editing and all that stuff. Tried to find someone that would help me out, but nobody was interested, so I ditched that as well.

Again, nobody will hire you to do something you haven't done before. Pick a company, pick a subject, and research till you can produce a report. You have to be able to show you are capable of what you want them to pay you for.
