Stop spending tax dollars blacks put in the pot on suburban malls that end up closing, making whites move back into the city, and gentrifying communities. Banks can stop refusing loans to blacks with money sitting in their banks who want to start businesses in the inner cities.

As a matter of historical fact, America has been providing income to white women who had children out of wedlock via the Mother Aid Progrm beginning in 1910. That's how long white men had been fathering chilren out of wedlock and leaving women with no help.
