For the most part. There are some transitional zones into some very pricey areas adjacent.

Doesn't mean they shouldn't have good schools.
There's a lot of waste going on. Mostly on the Administrative side of things.
I would bet Boston in general has pretty good schools, because many come down here to go to college at a great school called "University of Tampa".
They never caved on high standards that I know of. Private school, no DEI.
High GPA and/or SAT required to gain admission.

the school I went to was 70 yrs old when I went there and at the time it was one of the highest ranked schools in the country,,
then the dept of ed came into existence and all education went downhill from there,,

if you want to know why education is failing all you need to do is look at the parents of the failing students,, most are uneducated themselves and CANT help their children,,

to blame a building is laughable,,

Clearly somebody was ******* off and neglecting things for right at a ******* century.
For almost 100 years. This is a School Board, State, and Department of Education problem.
More taxes does not fix this. Fixing this fixes this.
How do all local politicians not address these things for so long?
Then they want to tax people to cover their lax policies? No.
American Education has declined ever since Carter created The Department of Education.
It's been on a downward slope ever since. Never got better, only got worse.

Black kids did fine when I was in school, but that was a long time ago.
Not all of them, I mean..they're just like anyone else in proportion to however many of them there are in that regard.
I love my dumb black friends!
Especially the one that used to be the epic Angel on top of The Christmas tree niggerpile! You'd have to see it to believe it.
It was epic. We always saved him for top, cuz he was the best!
He could jump up and land on a 7' high pile of dudes horizontally on his chest and belly and balance with style. And dance.
Oh, we had some fun. One day I saw him asscrack a dude in the face.
Like a long-jump/pole vault combo hiking his ass up higher and higher in the air.
He got runnin', and jumped up and turned around and did it just right.
He jumped up and 180'd and then his ass got higher and higher..
and hit this dude dead on with an asscrack to the face!

Flying asscrack to the nose is what that dude got.
Never seen a wrestling move like that.
Never seen anything like that before or since. The dude is a unique individual.

Same here. But back then I couldn't tell you the religious or political beliefs of a single one of my teachers. That is the way it is supposed to be.
