Property taxes are mega-inflated due to BlackRock corporate buying and renting of homes, Uncle Sugar subsidizing illegals with rent to occupy said homes, and local governments greedily cashing in on the opportunity to fleece taxpayers.
The whole thing is 20% or more inflated. Irregardless of inflation.
Did you know if you claim a property as a rental, the taxes increase over 400%?
On the same property, that uses the exact same amount of local government services.
I've known about this for a long time.
Local government corruption and greed taxing people to death is what's really happening.
Seriously, if you rent a house out? The government makes twice what you will on it. That's not right. It gives them incentive to jack your taxes up, and then you have to increase rent to cover it, and then it all snowballs year after year into Fuckola.

To save inner city schools:

1. Promote traditional marriage and families and make unnecessary single parenthood undesirable again.

2. Enforce law and order

3. Throw out all the leftists, make them take early retirement, or otherwise (legally) get rid of them.

4. Replace the leftists with MAGA/Patriot/conservative/liberatarian (little "L") teachers who believe in and encourage critical thinking, logic, reason, and teaching all the facts and concepts of a subject and encourage the students to do comprehensive evaluation in order to reach conclusions. And allow the students to question, offer their beliefs and insights, and never make their God unwelcome in the schools.

And teach real subjects--language, math, reading, writing, science, geography, civics, the arts etc. No 'woke' or PC concepts allowed. While the students will learn about politics and will be free to discuss religious beliefs appropriate to the context of the subject matter, no student will be able to discern the political leanings or religious beliefs of any teacher.

And put the maximum possible resources within reason into the curriculum and teach staff and the materials they need to teach.

I believe if we do that, the necessary funding will be there.

And, tell the black kids to stop feeling sorry for themselves, pull up their pants, and pay attention to what is going on in classroom.
