How to save inner city schools.

Nope. Wages declined and forced 2 married people both having to work.
Tax increases caused that. Wages have been increasing but taxes are the problem. Most of the countrys wealth is owned by the government.
Trump just gave the middle class the biggest tax cut in history. Take home pay will increase as withholding is less. We make enough money we pay to much in taxes

We have holes in both pockets; one cut by the government, the other by ourselves.

Want to fix the problem? Instead of whining like a middle school drama queen, quit your current job and go into the schools and teach. And do it for free as you eould like. Im sure the kids will be waiting for you eagerly.
So you think a local school district is going to allow that?

Idiots.

Reality check. A couple of thousand dollars of tax cuts, while good, wont magically do much at all when health care costs alone absorb all of that plus some. Wages are up but not nearly enough. Lets be honest here. One salary of $30 per hour isnt much of anything. Thats a meager pittance. And it will NOT be even close enough to support one person much less a wife and kids. Try again.

Then make as much as you need. Get married first then have children, Get a marketable skill or degree that we need. Auto mechanics plumbers electricians welders and machinists make 90,000 plus.
If you dont make enough thats your fault. Live within your means

Dumbest advice ever for todays america. Get a marketable skill first. Collect a nest egg of 6 figures. Then maybe consider marriage. "Living within your means" is a comical saying. Living within your means says hold off until you can afford a family. Mid to late 30s. You must be trolling. You know todays reality. This is funny. Yeah just get married and have kids. Too funny.

That's $62,000/yr! I think most single people could live pretty well on that.

Here are the wages for various trades as of 2025:

Maybe, maybe not. As far as a wife and kid, not a CHANCE. Thats reality. Wages arent going up enough to turn a pittance of 62 grand into 100 grand. Try again. And try alot harder. Quit thinking poor house.

It takes 2 incomes to raise a family. Get married first then have children. Learn how to invest. Spend less time complaining that doesnt pay anything. Also dont live in a democrat city or state where everything costs more.

No need to depend solely on wages. Save and invest. Make sure you pay into SS. Don't retire, keep working. Don't throw away your highest earning years. Warren Buffet is 95 and still working. We're all rich in time. No need to quit working at 65. Care for your health and keep going.

What defines success? In capitalism is only about the dollar so the majority of people are UN successful
Its when you have enough. You have very negative perspective. Not healthy

Lot of people get bored in retirement and take low paying part time jobs. Why not retain high paying jobs for a few more years. Some actually start another career after retiring from one.

Of course, if one wants to retire that's fine too as long as you can afford to.
