Then I would discontinue the process of simply passing failing students to the next grad level just to get rid of them.

I would reward successful teachers with financial incentives.

When someone can’t even face the fact that our inner city public schools across the country are doing nothing but feeding the dependent class that someone is an idiot.

The fixes needed will take time and those fixes don’t involve simply throwing more money at these schools.

The biggest problem to overcome will be how you get the parent involved. Especially when the kids are usually in a single parent family with no father in the that home.

The young male students have no positive male role model in the home.

Teachers in these schools are either incompetent or they have just become demoralized and have given up.

Male high school students who achieve any level of acceptable academic achievement are ostracized for “acting white.”
