How should we handle Jewish spying?

Should there be more or less stories about Jewish espionage? It makes Jews look like an enemy of the United states which can only be good for Obama. The problem is is that we may have to treat other countries in the same way like if we found French spying incidents. How do we separate the two in such a way that this doesn't make it look like we are just retaliating because Israel just decided to show up to make a speech to the congress.
