Didn't you know China would prevail in Afghanistan? Its been obvious for over a decade. They share a border with Afghanistan.. They have some shared heritage with the Hazara minority who are Shia and they have built railroads, powerplants and mining operations in Afghanistan. They also built Port Gwadar with its railroad hub to move Afghan's natural resources to China.
