The police are not responsible for protecting INDIVIDUALS, that's all that SC case said.

Government is responsible for providing government services, as well as preventing another force from replacing them. That's why things like the Mafia are illegal.

The government has ZERO right to give over an area to an outside group.

The 6 January rioters should receive whatever the penalty for rioting is, with whatever the mitigation is for people who were deluded, provoked, whose first arrest it was, etc. In other words, they should receive the same penalty that leftist rioters who stormed Congress would have received.

These people are patriots, however misguided and foolish they were. We must support our own. But we must also uphold the rule of law, so long as the US remains a law-governed republic. (If it moves out of that category, then, of course, other rules apply.)

What they did was an enormous gift to the Left. This sort of thing is going to happen again, until our side organizes, and is able to mobilize an (unarmed) "service d'ordre", as the French call the men who steward their mass demonstrations. If we had had such a group there, on the perimeter of the crowd, defending it against AntiFa scum, spotting provocateurs and isolating them ... this would not have happened.

At Kenosha, if we had had a similar force, Kyle Rittenhouse would have been folded into it (and his weapon secured and returned to him when he went home). He wouldn't have become trapped amid a mob of leftist human garbage from whom he had to defend himself.

Conclusion: we have to organize, train, get used to operating with a command structure, develop specialist groups (medical, logistics, intel, engineering, legal), and above all, train for 'sub-lethal' confrontations: ie defending our meetings and rallies from anti-Fa and similar vermin.

Of course, every patriot should exercise his 2A rights fully, and an organized group should train in their co ordinated collective use.... but, they don't have a place in public demonstrations. (Where they do have a place is in defensive use during riots, when the rioters come to get premature reparations ... but even here, we have to be careful, and smart. MUCH better to let some 'civilian' "Rooftop Koreans" do the culling of the looters.

If you Google 'Yavapai Community Protection Team' you'll get some information on people -- former Oathkeepers -- who are doing the right thing.

I am clear on that point , they tried to bring down our democracy and country for a lie, and it was a attempt to force scumbag in as a dictator for life. And the lie has nothing to do with justifying their actions. Everyone who beat their way through a wall of cops putting 140 of them in the hospital should have been shot dead, they are traitors. Many lights on the social/political/economic dashboard of America are beginning to flash red. This is easy and cheap to do: the next time you go shopping, buy three cans of beans instead one, three bags of rice instead of one, three packets of toilet paper instead of one. Do this for a few weeks, and you're more than halfway there. If everything is rosy from now on, you just consume your supplies as their use-by date approaches (and replace them).

This is Step One. Step Two, which can be carried out in parallel with One, is: get the patriots in your area to start meeting regularly, if they don't already. Start low-key -- monthly 'social' gatherings are a start. Don't be overly 'political'. Invite anyone who thinks America is a pretty good country, with no more to be ashamed of than any other group of humans. That Democrat-voting welder has more in common with you than with some screaming radical who wants to mutilate children.

Such a group should have a 'phone tree' set up, so that everyone can be contacted quickly. BaoFeng radios cost about $20, less if bought in quantity, and every family should have a couple -- there's an excellent video on YouTube showing you how to use them. Do not assume the electronic infrastructure which supports the internet and phone system will always be there.

Any group of a few dozen ordinary working class Americans will probably encompass a range of useful skills: you'll have nurses, vets, electricians, builders ... just the sort of people who you'll need in an 'Emergency Response Team'. (Work with your local police and other First Responders. And if anyone proposes that you do something illegal -- including getting access to illegal weapons -- show them the door.)

If our liberal friends are right about Global Warming, we're going to see more and more big fires, hurricanes, and floods. It's usually our sort of people, not radical college kids, who turn up in their pickup trucks to help out. We want to organize that spirit.

As they say, 'Failing to plan, is planning to fail'. Your group should discuss "What to do if ..." situations: if there is no electric power; if there is no gas; if there is no water; if the air is filled with Iodine-131 and Cesium-137; if there is no gasoline.

Garbage ignore. I quit reading after the first sentence when nutso proclaimed that it will be the left killing patriots. First, there are no patriots left that are right wing , They at this point are best described as traitors to this country.. Second, who are all the gun Bubba saying they will kill with 90% of gun bubbas being hate party supporters. Comical. It's interesting that Leftists universally believe that they are more intelligent, more educated, than Rightists. And yet on this forum, we find that the Leftists are not very bright, don't appear to read much -- either in print or on the web -- don't post links supporting their arguments.

There are NO good players in the entire sad episode of mid 20th Century Communism mess. I am no expert on the subject of the Rosenberg's but what I know it would seem they did do what they were accused of doing.

My position is that people like McCarthy and a long list of others did as much damage to the country but never faced the death penalty.
