Ezekiel 38 states that Russia, Iran, and Turkey attack Israel, and a Nuclear deterrent is NO DETERRENT for them at that time.
Isaiah 17 talks about Damascus being destroyed and being a heap of burning rubble so perhaps this is what causes Russia, Iran and Turkey to retaliate against Israel in that day that was foretold in prophecy.

Actually, legally, China can invade Taiwan at any time.

There is no country called Taiwan. You have two governments, both claiming to be the "Republic of China". Except one of them actually controls most of China, and the other just controls an Island.

Of course, China won't do anything of the sort, because the resulting economic sanctions would murder their economy, and because they rely on Taiwan for investment and access to markets.
