That is the question that should be asked once an agreement is signed. I read an article today in the New York Times that said the deal would Open Hormuz, and leave open the discussion about the Uranium and Iran's frozen assets.

Not much to speculate---Trump, Vance, Rubio, and Hegseth have all stated that the terms have not changed. Why would you think they have? Afterall they're not democrats who capitulate to Iran and send them pallets of cash and then claim victory.
