How did a woman ever drive without the cell phone.

Not sure why you think this is a woman thing. I drive a lot in a very busy city. I see stupid men screwing up traffic as much, if not more than women. And both genders are virtually welded to their cell phones.

Talking/texting while driving is dangerously out of control IMO. And neither gender has cornered the market.
