First of all, it's apparent that women are citizens under the law, and well-integrated into positions of power in society. Their fundamental legal rights aren't going away, unless one counts abortion (which is an issue about when human life begins, not solely an issue of reproductive rights).
This article from the Guardian accuses the Trump admin of threatening women's rights in a variety of ways, such as by appointing men to cabinet positions who have been accused of violence against women. The problem here is that this doesn't indicate a significant legal change to the status of women in America, and its effects on the ambiguous concept of "women's rights" are hard to approximate.
If someone believes that Trump is a threat to women's rights, I'd like to hear them extrapolate on the issue more, such as how they're defining a "woman's right" to begin with.
