People lose their minds over Abortion. My policy on abortion would be - "Safe, Legal, and Rare". I don't want Federal funds going towards it, a National Ban on it would be too extreme for most people. I don't lose my mind over Abortion, its not some hill I'll die on. What I don't like is Feminists and leftists bragging about it as some political issue. It shouldn't be considered a political issue.

I believe he was just trying to come up with words of compromise to get people to forget about the issue and focus on the things he wanted to talk about, like his war on isis and ObamaCare. I also agreed with Bill Clinton's don't ask don't tell policy. But that's about as far as I agree with any of the Democrats of the past 40 years.

I mean that she wants us to stop funding their genocide and war of aggression against their neighbors. If we are to be "America First", actually mean it, by investing in our healthcare, technology, infrastructure, rather than giving our taxpayer money to other countries.

While I might not agree totally, I do think we are way to stupid in the way (and the why) we do thing.

But I appreciate the take on MTG.

My "general" impression of her is that she is a gas-can. I don't know how effective she is, but I would agree that our foreign policy is a mess and all this money headed other places is stupid.

But America is 50 Americas and right now many of them are a bigger mess than our foreign policy. I can't see sending money to them either given the way they behave.

I'd love to sell parts of CA back to Mexico. CA is an absolute disaster (IME).

Nope. Courts haven’t said DEI is unconstitutional. This is all a right wing policy ultimatum being forced without legislation or rulings - Trump is withholding funds based on a whim. Not a constitutional issue. You should know this.
