How did the Americans manage to create such a grandiose architecture in such a short time?

you had to walk a hundred steps from the center of Tokyo lol

Technically, there is no "center" of Tokyo. Tokyo is a conglomeration of 23 different wards (or Ku's), 26 cities, 5 towns, and 8 villages.

Even the transport hub "Tokyo" train station is in Chiyoda-ku.

I have an American lantern. It shines for about 400 meters and does not lose focus at the same time.

My friend had a motorola phone, he hit it against the wall every day when he was arguing with his wife.

American chainsaws were guaranteed for 5 years of continuous operation.

Are you a dude from America?

I have some solid lanterns and flashlights. And I had a Motorola phone back in the day that was virtually indestructable.

But kill a buffalo? That is bullshit.

And what does any of this have to do with architecture in the US? Do you think we build these grand buildings using lanterns and Motorola phones?

Almost all major fitness chains are owned by American brands, and I generally doubt that there are such gyms and sport buildings anywhere in the world as in the USA.

it's just a big and durable lantern, besides, it is not afraid of water. It's from 90th in my garage

Forget the ******* lantern, it's just an example

Stop hanging noodles on my ears. Most Japanese live in sheds that are smaller than your toilet, and the Chinese are even worse.

Actually, the vast majority of Japanese live in apartment buildings or condominiums. The average home size in Japan is 1,310 sq ft. (the average American home size is 2,261 square feet).

Not palatial, but significantly larger than my toilet.

Art Deco, short for Arts Décoratifs, is French in origin.

Mid Century Modern is an American style, but heavily influenced by German Bauhaus and Danish Modern.
Thank you

I already said it came outta France

Slavy Ru Paul has his wires crossed with radios and architecture ....the style was applied to both...as we already know

German flattened towns and cities ....why they can't put two an two together without explanation is beyond me

And Again both styles are products of the currently collapsing and more totalitarian Western civilization

your lies are simply enchanting. Japanese houses are just sheds. And in China, even in a prestigious hotel room, you will think about where to put your suitcase so that it does not prevent you from stretching your legs on the bed.

And you consider fitness chains to be "grandiose architecture"?

We have digressed from the topic, because you got in with your stupid comments about how everything is the same in America as everywhere else, this ******* idiocy of leftist idiots.

In any case, it takes a lot of money to design and build all this, so this is connected. Grandiose sports facilities are also part of grandiose architecture.

This is San Francisco in 1906. Most major cities in the world, not counting the capitals, do not yet have such a view.

In Russia during the 1950s, mass construction of five-story buildings had just begun.

You digressed at Post #10. And I never said America is the same as everywhere else.

And our sports facilities are amazing, that is for sure. But you have danced sideways on that. Stadiums and major sport facilities are one thing. But you said "Almost all major fitness chains are owned by American brands, and I generally doubt that there are such gyms and sport buildings anywhere in the world as in the USA".

So you are admiring the "grandiose architecture" of gyms? Pretty sad.

So russia is backward. Not a surprise.
