You just don't get it. It isn't necessarily wrong to notice skin color but there are more important characteristics of an individual to evaluate first when deciding the worth of that individual to an organization or as a candidate to associate with in a personal relationship.

It is unwise to choose any relationship first by skin color. How that individual fits in your life or the goals of a team has little to do with skin tone. There are important characteristics one should evaluate if taking any person seriously.

Does the individual possess good judgement? Is he or she honest?

Is the person honest in his or her relationships with other people? For instance..does the person cheat on their significant other? If this individual can't sustain an honest relationship with someone they are most close to...what makes you think this individual will be honest with you?

As for skin color if you are being HONEST there is a social tax that unfortunately comes with associating with blacks. Too often blacks disappoint and that reputation deserved by the individual or not does in fact precede them. That is just a fact.
