How come Mrs. "Tough Choices" can't answer any tough questions?

We know the Debate commission is skewing the debates toward St Hillary the Inevitable. And we know that like Obama, Hillary is just not up to the task of being an American President.

But if she made all these "Tough Choices" like issuing the stand down order to relieve the Benghazi Consulate so Obama's mission to arm ISIS wouldn't become public, why won't she answer any tough questions?

That in no way explains why she isn't answering the tough questions, well other than she isn't making herself available to them being asked

What does any of that have to do with her answering a question about her proudly taking money from Wall Street Special interests while guarding her speeches to them like they were classified material - better in fact, or why she takes money from governments that throw gay men off buildings
