How can GOP start winning back lost voters?

The GOP needs to keep up with the changing electorate in the US. There are very sound ideas and some very competent people in the GOP, but, they seem only to address those they already have as supporters.

Who are the competent people in the GOP?

This ought to be fun....

Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, Jeb Hensarling, Eric Cantor, Nikki Haley, Ted Cruz to name a few your turn for the Democrats.

Gee…and they got something like 0.000006% of the vote between them.

The GOP's extreme right wing rants over the last 4 years, combined with nominating a doofus, has alienated a lot of people, including a LOT of people who used to support them, but were turned away in recent years. I'll list a few, and a brief explanation:

Cops and Firemen: Mostly at the state and local level, GOP'ers have been on an all out attack. Slashing pay, benefits. Showing outright disdain for many. This is blamed on mayors and governors, but, people vote straight ticket.

Teachers: Much the same as above, but the GOP efforts focused more on the unions than the actual pay and benefits on this one.

Blacks/Hispanics/Women: The GOP basically ignored them. They acted like, and nominated a mascot for, the rich guys who most people work for who would cut the Christmas bonuses just so he could take a marvelous vacation. Add in the rape issue, abortion issue, and there you have it.

Many more to list......but how can the GOP, from the local city, state and federal level, begin to regain the support of the above groups?
The GOP has gained much more votes than they lost thanks to the extreme left scaring away JFK and even many Clinton Democrats.

The Democrats have also clearly lost the cops....

zzzzzzzz

The Republicans are just two years removed from a record 800+ seat electoral shellacking.

Harry Reid has already announced he plans to fail on cutting debt and wants to kick it down the road.

Minority unemployment is thru the roof, and will only continue to rise as the Leftards continue to fail their constituencies.

Rinse. Lather. Repeat.

In the last 6 years elections (2006, 2008, 2010, 2012) the 3 elements of power have been up for grabs (House, Senate, WH) a total of 10 times.

The Dems won 8 of them: Senate in 06, 08, 10, 12, the House in 06, 08, the WH in 08, 12
The GOP won 2 of them: House in 10 and 12

The trend is against you, and so are demographics.

Better change your ways, or you'll be extinct.
Without demographics your party would have died off before Bush Sr was sworn into office.

The GOP can't do anything about racist minorities voting Democrat.

Every now and then the RWNJs self-reflect and truth pours out of some of them when they do. This is one of those examples.
Do you like looking like a total idiot all of the time?

The Reich wing of the Republican party has this insatiable appetite of chasing off large voting blocks. In 2012 it was women & Hispanics, in 2016 it's everyone else--LOL

Why Romney Lost And Republicans Keep Losing
The GOP's woman problem goes beyond Trump
Gender Gap in 2012 Vote Is Largest in Gallup's History
GOP Win Will Need More Than 40 Percent Of Latino 2016 Vote, Says Study
Poll: 8 in 10 Hispanics don’t like Trump
