You could summarize the argument, point by point, and then link to the article.

We have a requirement that OPs have at least two sentences. How about a maximum of, say, seven or eight paragraphs? The OP could SUMMARIZE the content and then link to the full description rather than post an entire book chapter (that is copied and pasted.)

Personally, be it the OP or a reply, once it turns into pages, I never bother reading it.

I always base it as a conversation in a pub with a mate. If they say there reading a novel to me, I will have drunk my lager and left half way through. Also, if my mate talks in multi quote shite, same reaction from me, bye bye. So when both happens on this forum, I ignore. If folk can't converse normally, then forget it, they just wasted their time.

You mentioned varying the wording on similar queries. I asked about how the petition to move the files out of committee. One told me it had to go through House then Senate, the other said just the House. House was the correct answer.
