Look at who pays the tax bill. Its not the proletariat, its the upper income earners.
Enjoy your welfare and medicare paid for by others!!
70% of income taxes are paid by the top 25% of incomes.
The bottom 50% pay 3%.

Well of course if I have an income of 30k yearly and your income is 300K, you're going to pay more in income tax, property taxes.etc. You have more money, so you're going to pay more taxes to your local, state (if it applies) and the federal government. Only the local and state governments fund themselves with taxes and what they receive from the Fed. The federal government taxes our income to maintain the value of the dollar and take money out of the economy to control inflation, but it doesn't need our taxes to fund itself. The US federal government is the exclusive issuer of the dollar hence doesn't need to be funded by anyone.
More the rich rely on the working-class more so than the working-class rely on them. Labor is more important than the rich and even Abraham Lincoln understood that:
The working class produces everything in this world and doesn't need rich parasitical capitalists leeching off of their labor
(capitalists are like middlemen, we don't need them). The wealthy depend on the working class for production and profits, because it's the wages paid to labor that allows consumers to pay for the goods they consume. Labor creates the market and generates profits for the rich. As far as Social Security and Medicare, are necessary to avoid having the elderly living in cardboard boxes and unable to pay their medical bills. Medicaid and other entitlement programs are also necessary to maintain social order and allow capitalism to exist. Even Milton Friedman one of the icons of modern capitalism believed people should receive a guaranteed monthly income from the government:
Friedman understood that the "invisible hand" of the so-called "free market" needs the government to fund it. Without socialism, there's no market, because gross inequality is created and that leads to social unrest and eventually civil war
(the working class eats the rich). When enough people go hungry, that's the end of your "free market". The government has to bail out capitalism every few years to keep it afloat, or else it sinks and collapses. You didn't know that? Ever heard of the "boom and bust" business cycle? Every few years there's an economic bubble, a boom, and eventually that bubble bursts. The economic boom busts and we end up with a serious recession or even a depression, depending on how much help the capitalists get from the public treasury. The government saves capitalism every few years (the "too big to fail"), in other words, socialism regularly saves capitalism. You didn't know that? Apparently, you didn't.
Socialism/Communism is the future. You might as well become one now. Even Albert Einstein, whose name is synonymous with intelligence, was a Marxist.
Is it advisable for one who is not an expert on economic and social issues to express views on the subject of socialism? I believe for a number of reasons that it is.… Clarity about the aims and…

One of the most intelligent men in history was a socialist.
Even the first Christians living under the authority of the 12 apostles, were socialists. They weren't Marxists, but they were communists nonetheless.
Act 2:44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
Act 2:45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.
Act 4:32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
Act 4:33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
Act 4:34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
Act 4:35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
Act 4:36 And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,
Act 4:37 Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
Jesus ordered people to open the doors of their homes and let the homeless in:
Mat 25:43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in; naked, and ye clothed me not; sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
Mat 25:44 Then shall they also answer, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
Mat 25:45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not unto one of these least, ye did it not unto me.
Mat 25:46 And these shall go away into eternal punishment: but the righteous into eternal life.
That's a commandment, not a suggestion. He actually casts those who refuse to do that, into the lake of fire. They are denied the Kingdom of YHWH. So if you don't have enough love in your heart to let a bunch of homeless strangers live in your house, sleeping on your couch and on the floor with their sleeping bags, then the government will do it. Our government will house the homeless in their own housing. We need socialism for that. Hello. Do you want to go to hell? Jesus will deny you as a disciple and condemn you to hell if you refuse to obey him. Aren't you a disciple of Jesus? Most of you right-wingers claim to be bible believing Christians.
So communists are in good company. We're the future, capitalism is the past.
