If there was no crime, Gaetz never quits the House. He had just won re-election. He was pushed. To do that they had to have something to push him with.

He quit because he had been nominated A.G. and to make it unnecessary to release the report. And now any government appointment is also off the table. I don't know what is in that report nor do you. And not wanting it plastered all over the media could have absolutely nothing to do with committing any crime.

No. We did not. The law requires us to report any improper conduct with a student and then the law takes over to determine if charges are warranted. The school board itself has no authority to prosecute criminals.
