a landslide loss for president musk and First Lady donald
Budget cuts impact the debt ceiling. It’s stupid. Either redefine it or cancel it.

Paychecks keep coming. TSA agents remain on the payroll. It buys him time so when he gets into office he can begin the housecleaning. Can’t wait for that to happen and for your tears.
Jesus. You guys think it’s a huge win that government fulfills basic functions?

Talk about having low expectations.

That’s pathetic.

It wasn't bipartisan you lying POS. The republicans passed it with ZERO democrat votes. BTW, Trump is a civilian and holds no office. Moron.

MAGAT loser says what?

After all the drama of the week, as president-elect musk threw hissy-fits about the spending bill to keep the government running until March, the House easily approved the 3rd version of the moments ago. The Senate has 6 hours to vote on the bill and send it to Biden’s desk.

The bill, which passed by a 366 to 34 vote with one member voting present, extends federal funds to mid-March, sends more than $100 billion in relief to farmers and natural disaster victims, and reauthorizes the sweeping agriculture policy and anti-poverty law called the farm bill.

More importantly, no debt ceiling change, as demanded by president-elect musk.

All Democratic members supported the bill, 34 republicans did not.

But president-elect musk also supported it, so he must have gotten his pound of flesh.

Earlier today, MAGA men on twitter were giddy about the prospect of a government shutdown. They will now find something else to rant and complain about.

Not all is well and good with the new bill that passed.
8 policies stripped from GOP bill after Trump, Musk rebellion —

  1. A fix for stolen food stamp funds
  2. Pharmacy benefit overhaul
  3. RFK Stadium transfer
  4. Pay raises for members of Congress
  5. Targeting ‘junk fees’
  6. Childhood cancer research
  7. Criminalizing some ‘deepfake’ images
  8. Restrictions on investment in China

Congratulations you piece of ******* magat shit. You really showed all of those kids with cancer, didn't you.

It’s a huge win as the bill went from 1500 pages to 10% of that. Grown ups will be in charge very soon. This just buys time.

Grown ups don’t assume a bill is good or bad based on how many pages it is. That’s a childish way to approach it.

We clearly can tell that Trump and Musk are not the grown ups. They’re children who haven’t been told when to shut up.

But they do. No need for 1500 pages. They did that in order to hide bullshit spending.

32 days. Then you cry like a *****.

Is that what you think? Or is that what you’re told to think?

Hundreds of pages that were cut was a bipartisan effort to reign in some pharmacy benefit managers owned by health companies that were driving up consumer costs.

Of course you don’t know anything about that because you’re a child who doesn’t care about anything more complicated than “how many pages” it is.

Do you? Did you read all 1500?

Nope

32 days, your party gets the boot. Cry me a river.

Your side lost badly. And the legacy media looks stupid post the WSJ article about Bumbling Biden. You have zero retort.

See post #19. Please keep up. As for the charity---that is not the government's job. That should fall to the private sector. BTW, how much have YOU donated to cancer research? You seem awfully free with other people's money. POS parasite.

What was the “pork” that was eliminated? Cancer research for children?

Screw those kids.
How much did YOU donate to Children's Cancer Research, Moron? Charity is not the business of government. The private sector should voluntarily support charity. I don't need the government to donate my tax $$$.
