What he said was fraud isn't free speech. He was right.

The transcripts regarding Trump stealing classified documents and hiding them in the bathrooms a the Epstein Club in Florida, have been ordered by the appeals court, to be released by Trumps personal defense lawyer Aileen Canon, and she's now getting periously close to being spanked again if she doesn't act soon.

But this is all going to get a do over when the Democrats win back the House this year, and a lot of Republicans are going to have some serious blood pressure issues when the subpoenas go out next year. Aileen may very well have her name attached to one of them.

At the very least Jack Smith won't have to worry about anything a Republican has to say about it, and that goes for the judge, jo blondi, and the chosen pedo.

Are you talking about Raffensperger? I believe the hearing touched on that. Apparently trump never said “find me 11,000 votes”, his legal team, at that point, had found that there was enough detectable fraud to have recounts issued but the courts were dragging their feet in getting all this pushed through, and trump had said that they already knew there were more than the threshold needed for disputes and investigations. Trump said “I have to find 11,000 votes”.

And, yes, Trump repeatedly tried to arm twist Pence into not counting votes, and entertaining the fake elector statements that specific GOP Congressman intended to submit and use them as excuses to “object” to the counting of the actual votes.

This was in both of the written plans for the insurrection plot.
