She spent months claiming trump didn’t win the election. By your assessment, she committed fraud.

Trump’s claims of illegal votes in Georgia were fraudulent. He wasn’t asking for recounts. Georgia had already done that, including a hand recount. Are you talking about Raffensperger? I believe the hearing touched on that. Apparently trump never said “find me 11,000 votes”, his legal team, at that point, had found that there was enough detectable fraud to have recounts issued but the courts were dragging their feet in getting all this pushed through, and trump had said that they already knew there were more than the threshold needed for disputes and investigations. Trump said “I have to find 11,000 votes”.
The way I understood it, trump never asked him to find any votes
Where did trump tell anyone to not count the votes? He suggested that pence should not certify the election, but never TOLD him to not do it
As Jack Smith said, you can claim anything you want. Trump tried to use his false claims to affect the lawful function of government. Clinton did not.She spent months claiming trump didn’t win the election. By your assessment, she committed fraud.

Trump was trying to get Raffensperger to change the outcome of the election based on false assertions, which is fraud.

As far as I can tell, he was asking Raffensperger to take away valid votes, hence the charges of conspiracy against rights. No he wasn’t, you have no proof of that. Did trump ever ask anyone to fabricate votes? They knew that the election in Georgia was suspect, trump apparently never made such a request from Raffensperger.
It’s in the indictment. At what point did trump direct anyone to stop the count, or change anything?
Not to mention, she paid for, along with the dnc, the Steele dossier, which was Russian disinformationShe spent months claiming trump didn’t win the election. By your assessment, she committed fraud.
That an opinion you don’t like is fraudWhat claim was ridiculous?
That’s not at all what Jack Smith said. You shouldn’t lie. That an opinion you don’t like is fraud
Ah "the conservative treehouse" another source of complete horseshit rotting away at whatever is left of your brain![]()

Sure, that's why they've discovered 315K votes that were not validated. LOL, try again when you clean your stomach window.Trump’s claims of illegal votes in Georgia were fraudulent. He wasn’t asking for recounts. Georgia had already done that, including a hand recount.

Smith is stating he read Trumps mind and derived Trumps intentions to be untruthful on purpose and with fraud malice
Within the first few seconds he tries to convince Raffensperger that thousands and thousands of votes are fraudulent and should be disregarded. Is there a quote in there somewhere that supports your wild claim?![]()
