House Judiciary Committee has released the video of special prosecutor Jack Smith’s deposition

Be interesting if Biden was found to have cooked the election and lost the elector votes. Then what?

Oh.... we'll vote for Trump then.....:ack-1:
Be careful what you wish for.
Because if Trump was elected in 2020, then the 22nd amendment kicks in.

What do you call it when someone tries to vote in an election that they’re not legally allowed to vote in?
In the scenario I pointed out, something extraordinary would have to be done.
You couldn't give the state to Biden.
It has no effect on the fact that the fake electors were illegal.
It would as I mentioned.

Gee Mr Peabody set the wayback for November 2020.

They did.
Not like I pointed out.

Nope. It wouldn’t. nothing about any court case would allow electors to fraudulently claim they had been duly elected and certified.

Moreover, Trump’s scheme to use the fake electors had nothing to do with any court case, but wanting Pence to use the fake certifications to interfere with the counting of certified votes on Jan 6th.

As I’ve already explained.

You’re not. You’re just being fed more lies and distortions. As you’ve demonstrated, these are distortions you’re very eager and conditioned to believe without question.

However, being delusional is not a valid defense. You can’t just believe absurd crazy crap and use that to commit fraud. The law requires you behave somewhat rationally.

What is your explanation for the new developments in georgia that even Fulton county is saying were not properly validated?

What fraud though. They believed election fraud had happened, they were going off of that assumption

Dont feed the sealions^^

This has been discussed and explained and debunked several times over on the board already. It's also off topic.

Inconsequential. The votes were recounted twice, including a hand recount with the same result each time.

Again, being delusional is not a valid defense. There was no real evidence of fraud. Just their delusional thinking.

And that is TOTAL bullshit.

Really?

The tabulator tapes are required to be signed by law to verify that the count matches what the tabulator says. They found that Fulton county uses surrogate tabulators to create the tabulator tapes, which means they can’t verify the accurate counts that the tabulator machines used for the election counted.

Like I said, state, court's or Congress would have to decide on their validity in a rather extraordinary situation.

Biden in handcuffs in a state and no other electors were ever certified, what do you do?
Electors couldn't vote twice, as you pointed out that would be vote fraud.

As I’ve already explained.
Falsely.

Wait, so they can't use an irrelevant fact they learned in 2025 to justify their actions in 2020?

Ya don't say

Actually you have it backwards. Trump had to prove fraud in court, and failed miserably. Trump lost half a dozen lawyers who were sanctioned or disbarred because their fraud claims were frivolous.
315,000 ballots found in Fulton county GA, fraudulent. Sooooooooo
