House Judiciary Committee has released the video of special prosecutor Jack Smith’s deposition

To become a duly elected and qualified elector, you have to have a certificate of ascertainment from the governor.

It’s how the process works.
Two different things. Hawaii 1960

They had 11 and they traditionally voted for the candidate who wins the vote total. Az was one of the states being contested, in this case, yes.
Count them again. They had 22 republican chosen, and supposedly certified electors

Do you need the list?

He was the one calling up state legislators, getting people to sign fake electors certificates, telling Pence to jack with the counting of votes on Jan 6th.
All based on the possible outcome of lawsuits. Suck on that for a while.

What a fool believes?
Taking Marener out to lunch?

He initiated all this.
No he questioned and commented but never directed any action. You feelers turned his musings and irritations into some make pretend thought and intent crime

Haha, I see delldude watched a bit too much OANN again. People are pleading guilty to the crimes he says are not crimes.

Who to believe

That's not how election law reads.
The election law allows for the outcome of protests and contests to certify or decertify electors based on the amended results.

A bunch of political hacks didn’t sneak into the Capitol and secretly sign their own certificates in 1960. It was done admit a court ordered recount under the authority and control of the executive of the state of Hawaii.

You don’t know what you’re talking about.

Also, in November, the Nevada State Supreme Court overturned the dismissal of the Trump electoral fraud conspiracy cases.

So those should come to trial this year as well.

Not at all. When Trump told Pence to jack with the counting of electoral votes, it had nothing to do with the outcome of any lawsuits. You don’t know the facts. You’ve been kept ignorant.
Taking Marener out to lunch?

You don't know that. If Biden was found to have participated in voting hanky panky, should he still take that state? By having those electors for Trump would present a strange and unusual subject for the courts to decide.
Trump didn’t have electors in those states.

These fake electors cast fraudulent votes for Trump. They did not have the legal authority to participate in the electoral college.

Dude. Have you ever read a word of election law?

That's not anywhere close to how it works.

And when did he tell pence to do that?
Was it done?
Where’s the quote and Pences response that Pence would take this illegal act?
What was the outcome of this illegal act?
It’s all just more TDS iver trumps magic brain wave orders.

Huh? Just making shit up now? The electors you accuse met at Republican headquarters
It was done admit a court ordered recount under the authority and control of the executive of the state of Hawaii.
