"Jack Smith’s Twisted, Machiavellian Lawfare Mindset Paints a Dystopian Future for the USA if not Dispatched Quickly
January 1, 2026 | Sundance | 19 Comments

I don’t care if you support Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis or the Easter Bunny, any American who doesn’t realize the tenuous future of our union after reviewing the information within this testimony is going to forever live in a collapsed dystopian nightmare, if they vote for any political representative who support it.

The House Judiciary Committee has released the [VIDEO] and [TRANSCRIPT] of special prosecutor Jack Smith’s deposition. What is outlined within it is alarming in the extreme. I strongly urge anyone with any platform to review the details and quickly highlight the content therein. There is no time to waste.

Jack Smith appeared before the committee with three personal lawyers to support him. The content of the deposition is chilling in the extreme. While many will focus on the granular details of the testimony, I wish to highlight one of the more alarming aspects to the bigger picture."

Smith's political witch hunt against Trump on behalf of Joe Biden was shut down by the voters. Now, Jack Smith gets to testify under oath and the ballots in Fulton co GA will eventually be examined by the DOJ. This is the will of the American People.

The White House counsel’s office met with a top aide to Special Counsel Jack Smith just weeks before he brought charges against former President Trump for allegedly mishandling classified documents — raising serious concerns about coordinated legal efforts aimed at President Biden’s likely opponent in 2024.

Jay Bratt, who joined the special counsel team in November 2022, shortly after it was formed, took a meeting in the White House on March 31, 2023, with Caroline Saba, deputy chief of staff for the White House counsel’s office, White House visitor logs show.

They were joined in the 10 a.m. meeting by Danielle Ray, an FBI agent in the Washington field office."

I sort of reminds me of the Nazi lawyers put on trial after WW-2 explaining how they justified their formulation of the 'Nuremberg Laws'.

As Jack Smith points out, fraud is not protected speech.

To which MAGA replies, it’s not fraud if you believe it! Oh and by the way, is there really any truth anyway, it’s all just subjective and we can believe whatever we want no matter what anyone says!

That’s just not how it works in reality.

Say a guy has a fake Rolex. He takes it to 20 experts and 20 of them say it’s clearly fake. The guy disagrees and sells it to someone saying it’s a 100% genuine Rolex. The seller is clearly committing fraud. He was told by 20 experts it’s fake but chose to say otherwise. He can’t claim free speech. He can’t claim he believed it. At a certain point, society experts you to not be a ******* moron.

Fraud isn’t, but someone expressing an opinion that your cult doesn’t like isn’t fraud

Jack smith and people that think like him have no business near positions of power

It’s fraud when you use false information to affect government function. That’s exactly what Trump was accused of.

Jack Smith explains this, but you don’t seem to understand.

Jack Smith makes ridiculous claims to try and justify his illegal political prosecution of Trump

Because he’s a fascist

Trump had every right to protest the election that he believed was stolen, and with what is happening in Fulton county, he might have been partially correct.

Trump was as guilty for protesting the 2020 election as Hillary was for protesting the 2016 election.

How did trump affect government function?

Even smith said there was no evidence that trump caused J6 rioters

He attempted to have state governments reject the choice of the voters to appoint electors for him after the election. He attempted to have Congress refuse to count valid elector votes. He attempted to have state officials change vote totals.

Clinton’s behavior in 2016 was not analogous to Trump’s behavior in 2020.

Are you talking about Raffensperger? I believe the hearing touched on that. Apparently trump never said “find me 11,000 votes”, his legal team, at that point, had found that there was enough detectable fraud to have recounts issued but the courts were dragging their feet in getting all this pushed through, and trump had said that they already knew there were more than the threshold needed for disputes and investigations. Trump said “I have to find 11,000 votes”.

The way I understood it, trump never asked him to find any votes

Where did trump tell anyone to not count the votes? He suggested that pence should not certify the election, but never TOLD him to not do it
