House Discharge Petition re Epstein Files Will Pass

The women (some of them) received settlement checks (hush money) through lawyers without knowing (or maybe at the time caring) where the money came from.

That makes no sense. How did the lawyers know who to go to in order to get settlement money?

Even if you were paid (and threatened) to not say anything?

They were most likely paid at the time it happened, and if you choose money over justice, then that's your problem and you can't claim 'rape' afterwards.

Good question.

If they knew, why are the victims saying they don't know and were never told and the government will not let them have their files?

Seems familiar.

Then why would Epstein only hang around multi millionaires and billionaires, and still trafficked underaged girls? Because the rich folks couldn't traffic underaged girls themselves?
Well it’s obvious you don’t know what he did! Hilarious

Lisa Phillips, the woman I was talking about above, 21 when she met him, he paid for her to go to NYU and got her signed with a top modeling agency. This story is laughable and makes a mockery of women who were truly raped and abused.

Why would you demand files you don’t know exist?
Reeeeaaaaalll sllllow for you.

Theeee victimmmmmmssssss never got to seeee what is in their own filllllesssssss

Well all that could be solved if Trump declassifies the list/files/evidence. Wouldn't it. But for some reason, he don't have the balls to do it. And you RINO's don't have the balls to hold him accountable for not doing it.

Because he was one himself, and the only ones implicated out of all of the documentaries or articles I've seen are Epstein and Maxwell, other than Prince Andrew. I don't trust that you were raped and held against your will, but stayed silent then and still remain silent today.

I guess if you were 14 when some rich men had their way with you, you'd understand why.

No, I wouldn't, because that 14 year old is now in her 40's and a grown woman. No more excuses.

Yep, what are you suggesting the DOJ tell judges to fk off?

Edit: Wrong link removed.

There are procedures to have the documents unsealed.

And Epstein being dead should make that a little easier.

Welcome to the point of transparency.

The government has the girls' files that were "settled" with the lawyers. . . without sharing with the victims what was in the files.
Stupid annoying Baboon. It is out there. The "vicitms" all knew what was going on. Even you could search it. A lot of money was paid to the vicitms and some of the prostitutes evidently. LOL! they made banks pay for it? HUH? And according to "you" they were paid as they went along. Uh, that sounds like compensation for a job?

JPMorgan Chase Settlement
  • Amount: $290 million

  • Status: Approved by a judge in November 2023

  • Victim Lawsuit: A class-action lawsuit was filed by victims accusing the bank of enabling sex trafficking by keeping Epstein as a client for years.

  • Significance: This large sum aims to compensate survivors for the bank's role in facilitating Epstein's crimes.
Deutsche Bank Settlement

  • Amount: $75 million
  • Status: Tentative agreement reached in May 2023
  • Victim Lawsuit: Survivors accused the bank of knowingly facilitating the sex trafficking operation.
  • Significance: This settlement was also considered groundbreaking, holding the bank accountable for its involvement.
Other Related Information
  • Epstein's Estate:
The settlements with the banks are in addition to the approximately $150 million paid out by Epstein's estate to victims.

  • Other Legal Actions:
JPMorgan is also involved in a lawsuit with the U.S. Virgin Islands and is seeking restitution from a former executive who managed Epstein's account.

  • Bank Failures:
The settlements highlight the failure of financial institutions to adequately monitor their dealings with Epstein and prevent their involvement in his criminal enterprise.
