We forecast production will rise to 11.6 million b/d in December. The US has NEVER been energy independent. That's just another Trump lie. We import about 7.5 million barrels per day from Canada, Mexico and Russia.. with small amounts from OPEC. During 2020 we only imported 5 million bpd because of the pandemic shutdown.
