I am suspicious of solarium lamps: they are fluorescent and their spectrum is different from the sun. Perhaps this kind of tan will be different too.

I assume that ordinary incandescent and halogen lamps are suitable for this, their spectrum contains the entire range, and although there is less ultraviolet there, it is there. Isn't it better to use them? I tried it with a 500-watt halogen floodlight and after half an hour my skin turned pink.

Has anyone tried tanning like this?

Basically, the difference is only in the intensity of ultraviolet radiation, I think that this is not important
All the same, the skin will receive it, you just need to irradiate it longer
