And if you are outdoors, you are no longer engaged in it either.

the military is not going to protect your home from some meth head invader either.......

if you live in the country with property you certainly do have the right to protect that as well

some asshole is on my property that does not belong there, I will get engaged

it's self evident you don't understand these concepts
