I can see your point there. I'm sort of in the middle on it but I get where you're going with it.Smacks too much of dem tactics. If they have the evidence then arrest them and be done with it.

Who are you quoting?"looked into for exercising your protected Constitutional rights"
Wow, that is an incredibly sad statement.
Why can't thy do both?Smacks too much of dem tactics. If they have the evidence then arrest them and be done with it.
THis is standard police procedure and its good policy. We need to lock up these political vigilantes. Let them spend some time in jail have an arrest on their record. Good luck getting a job
I guess it has a lot to do with how the dems persecuted the J6 folks, making arrests months after the event with nothing more to go on than they were there in most cases.I can see your point there. I'm sort of in the middle on it but I get where you're going with it.
Quite true. Well said.I guess it has a lot to do with how the dems persecuted the J6 folks, making arrests months after the event with nothing more to go on than they were there in most cases.
nopeDon't forget. The USSC decision in Trump v US
That said the president has absolute immunity for all presidential acts.
Theres plenty of video of the rioters committing criminal acts. A big one being interfering with ICE operations.May I point out, your complaint should be with the rules of evidence.
People are convicted based on the evidence against them, and the rioters on January 6th, were caught on so many surveillance cameras, the DOJ was forced to prosecute, and the juries forced to do their duty and convict.
Yes, there are rioters in the streets, but until you catch them on video doing specific illegal acts, you can't just charge them because they were in a particular public place at a certain time.
If the state legislature requires ICE to get a warrant to enter onto state property, are they interfering with ICE operations?
If it can be shown you were involved in intentionally deflating your tire, yes you 100% should be arrested. You have to better define interfering.
If my car gets a flat tire, and i'm blocking traffic when ICE comes through, am I subject to getting arrested?
You mean like releasing the Epstein client list? What's the problem publicizing them via lists?
Using the left's tactics against them, but I have reservations.
Can't say I approve of "lists". Prosecute them for crimes if you have the evidence.
The problem, which extends across pretty much every aspect of life these days, is no one is held accountable for their actions.
That said if you are out protesting all night and you are on SSDI then maybe that could be looked into.
You make my point,
IMHO yes. tell your friend to look up "Supremacy Clause"If the state legislature requires ICE to get a warrant to enter onto state property, are they interfering with ICE operations?
Again. Just asking for a friend,.
Go for it.You mean like releasing the Epstein client list?
Time to rethink perhaps?
You mean the non-existent Epstein client list? You mean like releasing the Epstein client list?
Time to rethink perhaps?
What you see is wide spread destruction funded and organized by democrat party donors Chinese money Soros money and various socialist non profits/You make my point,
I don't see any identifiable faces, or identifiable criminal acts.
People who don't see the obvious connections are as dense as a brick of lead. What you see is wide spread destruction funded and organized by democrat party donors Chinese money Soros money and various socialist non profits/
No comparison in scale of violence intensity duration and all supported by the democrat party
Who are you quoting?
