Homan: We're creating a database of people interfering with ICE, gonna make 'em famous!

Your problem is with your frustration that there was so much video evidence of lawbreaking on January 6th, showing specific people, performing specific illegal acts,
While street riots weren't filmed in order to catch specific individuals breaking the law.

If you want a legal system where just being in the wrong place at the wrong time is a crime, or participating in a public demonstration illegal,m then I suggest you move to Iran.
Most Jan 6 prosecutions were based on exactly that. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Not rioting. The police opened doors for them and invited them in then most were charged with trespassing. IT was a set up created by democrats

To impeach is easy.
To convict you have to find enough republicans in the senate that Trump can't threaten. Either by a political primary, or hinting to his MAGA's to threaten them and their families.
Good luck impeaching Homan for enforcing the law. Tampon Tim will be impeached first

Babbitt was shot as the police opened the door for her?

Obstruction is a felony. There are many ways to obstruct and using a camera or phone isnt a defense. They key is obstruct not record.
Again you have to better define the term.
We saw something like that in the Floyd case, where people trying to film the incident were threatened with arrest.

Anyone convicted of trespass, was for being in a restricted non-public area, like sitting behind Nancy Pelosi's desk in her office.
Clearly you would think somebody strolling into the Oval Office, without authorization would be subject to arrest.

Unless your legal principles are just too flexible to treat violations equally.
The entire capitol building and grounds was a restricted area.
It was closed to the public because of COVID.

The entire capitol building wasn't closed to the public, but it has both public areas and galleries, and restricted areas, like the congressional offices, house and senate floors, etc.

And even the public areas are subject to restrictions of what you can have while in those areas. Such as no cell phones, weapons, or backpacks.

Obstruction of justice is any intentional act that hinders, delays, or interferes with a legal investigation, proceeding, or the administration of law, such as destroying evidence, intimidating witnesses, lying to officials, or resisting arrest, to prevent a fair outcome. It's a broad crime covered by federal and state laws, encompassing various actions like tampering with evidence, influencing jurors, or making false statements to investigators.

Holman isn't the president. He doesn't have presidential immunity. He can be impeached for "abuse of power".
Even if he's upholding the law, if he does so in an abusive manner, he can and should be impeached.

Which doesn't seem to in any way to attach to acts during a public demonstration.

And under that definition the FBI is obstructing justice by interfering with the BCA investigation of the Renee Good case.

YES, it was.

Then let me apologize for my mistake.
That makes their presence at the Capitol even worse,
being closed to the public.

Using the left's tactics against them, but I have reservations.

Can't say I approve of "lists". Prosecute them for crimes if you have the evidence.

The problem, which extends across pretty much every aspect of life these days, is no one is held accountable for their actions.

That said if you are out protesting all night and you are on SSDI then maybe that could be looked into.

Expose every one of these traitors.
Every. Single. One.

What's the problem publicizing them via lists?
