But the reality is they are advocating for white preferential treatment. If this were not the case, those in opposition would not be presenting this argument solely in discussions about people of color who are hired in high-level positions. They claim that DEI leads to hiring unqualified individuals from diverse backgrounds. What is never considered is the fact that unqualified whites exist. It is a racist argument, and it is done by whites who think they are entitled to everything because they are white. The use of plausible deniability won't work here. The argument of reverse or anti-white discrimination does not stand up under the scrutiny of fact. According to the 2024 Department of Labor Labor Force Statistics from the Current Population Survey, which includes data on employed persons by detailed occupation, sex, race, and Hispanic or Latino ethnicity, there is no indication of discrimination against white individuals, as they represent 76.3 percent of the workforce. Hispanics were 19.4 percent, Blacks, 12.8 percent, and Asians were 7 percent. Where the fallacy in the right-wing argument is revealed most is in the various types of management. While whites are 76.3 percent of the overall workforce, they are 76.7 percent of those holding various management positions.

  • 92 percent of the Advertising/Promotions managers.
  • 82.6 percent of the Marketing managers.

  • 79.9 percent of the Facilities managers.
  • 71.9 percent of the Computer and Information managers.
  • 77.4 percent of the Financial managers.
  • 78.9 percent of the Human Resource managers.
  • 88.1 percent of the Training and Development managers
  • 81 percent of the Industrial Production managers.
  • 83 percent of the Purchasing managers.
  • 77.2 percent of the Transportation, Storage, and Distribution managers.

These numbers are not because whites were all the most qualified. Where is the discrimination against whites because of DEI? I’ll answer:

Actually, that's not the case. There are more Pete Hegseths, white second and third stringers and incompetents who work in every occupation.
In truth the second- and third -stringers and incompetents can be found in both the public and private sectors.

It's just that in the PUBLIC sector they represent a much higher percentage of the workforce and they are more difficult to fire.

I know... from personal and recent experience on the Federal level as one who witnessed the depth of that truth every day.

Actually, anyone can start a private business. Anyone can't get a job in a government agency. You won't see a 12-year-old being given a directorship in an agency, but 12-year-olds have started businesses.

Whites supplied the Vision and the vast majority of Knowledge and Skill.

Blacks supplied a fraction of the overall Labor invested into the building of the Northeast, Midwest and West.

Whites (and, later, to some extent, Hispanics and Asians) did the rest nationwide.
